Thank-you Tim and Jill!

Members, their families and friends were warmly welcomed and enjoyed a splendid Baa.B.Q. hosted by Tim and Jill Glover at their new smallholding in the beautiful setting of Coxwold nestling under the White Horse.

Tim, Jill and their family have only recently moved to The Laurels and taken on their new project. The upheaval of moving house, building a sheep des. res., fencing & re-seeding pastures did not faze the Glover family who kindly offered to host this Baa.B.Q.

Jill had promised to put a penny in the sunshine meter and it worked; we had a day of sunshine.

A big thank-you must go to Alice and Jacob who worked really hard cooking the bangers and burgers to perfection and also to the Pink family for home rearing and providing them. Thanks also to all who contributed to the wonderful spread of food and to Tim for helping the dairy industry with his now legendary Cream & Strawberry Scones and to Judith and Peter for running another successful raffle.

Once more, Thanks to the Glover Family and to all who came to make it another day where we could all meet, socialise – catch-up and enjoy good company.
